Holiday Inn & Suites - Idaho Falls by IHG

The burger place was excellent the bartender was incredible, the veggie burger was bomb the check in person was great but needs support staff, c'mon Hilton makes a mint, pay people. The room was spotless and I could have lived there forever.

Breakfast was supposed to be included in my fee but we were charged and never ate breakfast there after. Upon checkout points were supposed to be added to my account but have not been added as yet. It has been 6 days...

Loved the size of the room and pool and fitness hours. Burger theory is the restaurant in location was really good food. Service was great there morning was extremely slow because there was only one person working. She was doing the cooking hosting and serving. Still great service and food. Hotel was clean and location was great for us!!

Easy freeway access, but not close for highway noise.Beds were very comfortable and the on premises restaurant offered a wide range of available menu items.
